I was impressed with the consultation provided by Dr Wani. He was professional, carefully considered my medical history, checked my tests and overall I am impressed with his attention towards the patient. I didn't have such a experience in 20 years from an NHS professional. Please pass on the feedback to Dr Wani from Tudor Onica patient.

Nothing was missed and I appreciate that my Doctor was so "on the ball" and knowledgeable enough to have spotted the signs.

I came in today and there was an issue which I was not aware of which had been caused by another medical service. Paul and Annette (Practice Manager) could not have been more helpful and the issue was resolved with a result far above what I was expecting. I have been registered here since 2014 and have heard (and experienced for myself) some pretty bad things about some of the other local surgeries in surrounding villages. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or obtaining my repeat medication and today both Paul and Annette were brilliant. Thank you so much for sorting out my long standing issue to a successful conclusion.

It took a few attempts to get through on the phone, which is expected at 8.00 am. The receptionist was efficient and offered me a same day appointment. My appointment with Dr Halasi was on time, he was professional and listened to my complaint with patience and empathy. He booked my blood test as well as a follow up appointment. He gave me an action plan, ( depending on results). I wasn’t hurried or pressured.

I had such a great experience with nurse Michelle Black today. I requested for my children to see a Dr today when I called at 8 because I thought they may have chest infections and wanted them to be seen by a Dr. However when I checked in it said we were seeing a nurse. I wasn’t too happy about this as it’s happened to me before where I requested a Dr and got a nurse who didn’t have any answers for me and ended up booking a drs appointment for us the next day which was frustrating with 2 child in tow. I feel that I need to be listened to when I make a request as at the moment I don’t feel like I am. However…. The point of my feedback today is to celebrate how wonderful nurse Black was with me and my 2 little children. My daughter is 3 and suddenly doesn’t like the drs/dentist etc and was so nervous :( nurse Black was great from the start and got her a unicorn certificate to instantly put her at ease. She then spoke softly and was able to check her over without any resistance. My daughter skipped to the car after and said she now loves the drs and she had the best time! So please pass my thanks to Nurse Black as it’s care like this that I feel has been lacking and I truly haven’t felt cared for by the medical system for a very long time until today. I appreciate the system is overloaded and busy but when it comes to healthcare just a smile and an understanding attitude goes a long way instead of always feeling like we are on a conveyor belt.

It’s always hard to get an appointment but i prefer the call at 8 instead of the old number system where everyone had to wait in the cold to get a number and then sit and wait ages whilst feeling poorly. There was no hand sanitizer by the check in computer! And it was running out in the baby change toilet… These need to be checked regularly, especially at a drs surgery!
